    New Diet

    i have to try something new, what do you think of this diet. my goal is as usual, gain muscle and lose fat!

    I think you should replace a lot of that bread with a better, non-processed carb. I think you should definitely add a slow-digesting protein source to your last meal. Maybe remove the almonds at breakfast to grant caloric leeway for it. Remove the sugar from your tea, I see no reason for any empty calories when stevia and such is readily available.

    the bread is amazing actually, very low in carbs and high in protein, and its all natural! as you can see there is almost no sugar in my diet, so a little sugar with tea is not going to kill me! thanks for the suggestion!
