Hard Boiled Eggs
Any ideas on doctoring these puppies up beside some black pepper? I pack a half dozen in my cooler for work ED and need some new ideas on how to get them down the throat hole...

Mix them with a littl salsa. Salsa has become my jack of all trades when it comes to adding flavor and little cals.

Soy sauce eggs if you can handle the sodium.

what i find very nice is if you peel them and mash them up, add a little milk, like 1 tbs, and heaps of curry powder and just mix it up... hmm yummy, and just munch on them throughout the day.

Couldn't do Soy Sauce - if I smell beef jerky I jump 10 pounds in water... too much sodium to take in, maybe occasionally...
The other ideas are pretty good (not sure on the pickled eggs either though... ) - I haven't liked curry on meats before but I can give it a shot with eggs...

Whats that green stuff you paste on Sushi? Wassabe or something? That might add a little spice to a bland egg... I need to see if I can get that by itself somewhere...

Yes, wassabe. I actually enjoyed some of that tonight along with too much sushimi. YUMMY.

Hey there,
I put honey mustard on them. Low calories/no fat. I could eat that with alomost anything.

Spicy mustard or tobasco sauce. Or mix 'em up with some tuna. Another way is to break them up in a salad of greens with some vinegar and a dash of oil.

is there a difference in benefits of the egg from eating a cooked egg or drinking a raw egg? like blending the eggs up in your protein drinks throught the day?

you will be less likely to get salmonila and other bacteria. Also I recently read that cooked meat has better protein values than raw meat. (to a point anything more than medium it starts to decline) Sorry you sushi fans. I don't know if the same could hold for eggs.

Yeah, first off there's a less likely chance of getting samonilla! I used to do it all the time and trust me it takes only once getting sick like that and you'll never do it again. You can boil 'em and blend them in your shakes and it still tastes smooth and good.

Hey Warrior, how about just chopping up the eggs with some onions, bell peppers, celery and mustard. It'd be kinda like an egg salad mix. Man .....that does sound pretty good, at least I know what I'm eating today when I get home.
