Macro cycling great responses
Iv started really Cycling my macros from lots protein to lots of efa lots nut 1/4 almonds or mixed seeds eg flax sunflower wall nuts ect per added meal starting to get a much fuller harder look and bodys responding visually eg thinner skin fold nice large clean veins !
