    Hamburger patties? replacements!

    Trying to avoid making hamburger patties without bread crumbs.

    Is there a way or any other way that I may be able to do this?
    I am thinking oat, but would oat be safe near dinner?

    Oats are complex carb, meaning lower GI.

    Certainly a superior choice of carb source for dinner than bread crumbs.

    Well I WILL let you all know how it go's, cause she on tonights menu, blended oats, chopped onions,chopped garlic,added chili powder(love this powder),and pepper.

    Also trying something for the kids, But not for us guy, smoked bacon chip crushed up in mixed into the burger, I may have a Trade mark?

    Got to let everyone know that my hamburger went GREAT, EVEN the kids like there mix.

    Oatmeal works well to replace bread crumbs.

    You could just make them 100% mine beef with just a little mistard,oregano,salt and pepper... Works well for me...

    Or cumin and smoked paprica makes a nice spiced patty...

    That will be my next thing to try, thanks baseline

    Sorry I had to edit, one of the reasons I use beef cause the father in-law got a hole bunch, but will still do up the mincemeat one day!
