When I'm in a pinch, whey works for the am, and cassein during the day.

Depending on your macro needs, adding EFA's or oats is a simple solution.

^^^What he said, you should have an idea of what you want based on the macros you're trying to meet. You can use iprotein dot com to help find what you're looking for, but there's no magic shake that's gonna help you cut up.

I like whey protein, I get it at wal-mart, I guess if your rich you can go get something with a brand name, But for me its pretty much all the same.

Thanks for the replys, I`ve been adding oats or olive oil to my shakes for a while just fancied a change...may sound strange but was thinking about using small servings of a mass gain like reflex instant mass or similar????

What do you think or is there something similar with less carbs per serving???

    Thanks

Yeah, thats what i thought... but having protein on its own is next to useless as without carbs or fat, your body cannot digest it properly and you`ll just shit it out and not get the benefit...or so i`ve been told!!!

then throw in a cup of milk. theres 12 carbs which isnt a whole lot, but good enough for the digestion of protein. or take ur shake when ur eating real food as well.
