How do you eat your oatmeal?
Okay, guys .. I've gotten to the point where I just CANNOT stomach it anymore. I've had it for breakfast everyday the past 5 months, and I'm gagging/puking it up now at least once every time I eat it.
I've tried eating it:
- straight with milk and heated up.
- with milk, heated up with almond butter + honey
- with milk, heated up with cinnamon + banana in it
I neeeeeeeeeed the taste to be different , seriously cant go another day eating this sh*T
Any ideas?

I will occasionally put peanut butter in my oatmeal. I love peanut butter though.
I have also put sugar free maple syrup.

mix raw oats with water and let it sit overnight and then eat it the next morning. Fastest way to digest it.. I'll have it in the car on the way to work if I'm short on time

I eat only Steel Cut Oats. I bring them to a boil for about a minute then drain the water off. Pour them into a bowl and add one scoop of Beverly Ultimate cookies and cream Protein powder Mix it up and you got sticky gooey crunchy cookies and cream Oatmeal.

Put the oats in a bowl with water for 3 min in microwave.
In a Teflon grill (presto) put 2 whole eggs and 4-6 whites, make over easy.
Add the eggs to the oats and 4 spoons off cottage cheese.
I have this for more then a year, and love it.

BTW I use as little water as possible... Just enough to blend things.. And not using a blender but a shaker cup.. Less air and froth...
I then chug it, without breathing through my nose (which is how you taste things... Obviously)
Then drink some water right after.. Finally breath from my nose after about 1 minute of the process... Yep.. Thats how bad it got for me.. But its gotta be done!

LOL I was wondering about this stuff.. Personally I don't use it.. I've seen it at my health store though and was wondering.. Ingredients look fine... Whats the problem with it? It looks like its just Whey protein with Oatmeal powder... (Which is basically what many people do, including myself.. Blend instant oats in a blender=powder)

I like them mixed with Milk and Cinnamon and some Protein Powder or I normally just throw a cup full into a shake and do it that way, as long as they end up in my system matters more than how they get there.
