Should I be eating more or different foods? or both?
I was wondering whats wrong with my diet because I really have a hard time gaining weight seeing how I've weighed 125 lb's for years. I'm not sure what I do wrong so if someone can help me that'd be great Here's how my diet is atm.
Usually I start off with breakfast with 2-4 over easy eggs with toast and a glass of milk, and then I don't really have a 'lunch' I just eat random meals throughout the day till dinner, but those random meals would be a hotdog, or a ham sandwich, or pb&j or something like that sometimes bigger depends on what I'm in the mood for, and I usually eat between 2-4 'meals' between breakfast and dinner, then for dinner I usually eat quite a bit, maybe 2 hamburgers or chicken but usually enough to make me full for a few hours.
So is that diet ok? where do you think I'm going wrong? I feel like I get enough protein throughout the day am I not getting enough calories or carbs or something? Sorry I don't know much about dieting lol, I've grown up just eating whatever I want, but now that I wanna get some meat on my bones I don't know what i'm doin haha.Last edited by Montana93; 07-07-2011 at 07:34 AM.
