    Bulking Diet - any changes??

    Stats:
    Age: 40
    Height: 5'7"
    Weight: 165 lbs
    bf%: 12 - 15

    Workout:
    Mon - Bi/Tri (small trying to grow)
    Tue- Legs (Squats and Dead Lift) mainly
    Wed - Rest
    Thu - Chest and Tri
    Fri - Back and Bi
    Sat - Shoulders/Traps

    Calories/Fat/Carbs/Protein

    Breakfeast - 8:30 - 9:00 a.m
    1 servings banana 105/0/27/1
    2 Cup's Milk 244/10/23/16
    1 cup Egg whites 126/0/2/26
    2 slices wheat toast (100% Wheat) 180/2/34/8

    Lunch - 12:30 p.m
    6 - 8 oz boneless Chicken 350/11/0/60
    1/2 Cup Sweet Potato 90/0/21/2
    1/2 Cup Cooked Mixed Vegetables 76/2/12/3
    2 slices wheat toast (100% Wheat) 180/2/18/8

    Pre Workout - 4:00 p.m
    6 - 8 oz boneless Chicken 350/11/0/60
    1/2 Cup Sweet Potato 90/0/21/2
    1/2 Cup Cooked Mixed Vegetables 76/2/12/3
    2 servings banana 210/0/54/3

    Workout - between 5:00 - 7:00 p.m

    Post Workout - 6:00 - 7:00p.m

    Dinner - 8:30 - 9:00 p.m.

    1 Cup Mixed Vegetables 80/0/15/4
    7-8 Oz Boneless, Cooked, Beef Steak 398/14/0/63

    Before Bed - 10:30 - 11:00 p.m
    1 Tbsp Peanut Butter 94/8/3/4

    Total 3,722/71/351/362

    The calorie, fat, carbs and protein I got from fatsecret.com (should be pretty accurate). I could be high or low.

    I'm on a bulking diet and I'm 6ft 5in 182 12% I eat 275 of protein a day u have a too much protein there its just a waste I'd drop the protien down a bit and bump the carbs up u can never have too many carbs when bulking. And I wouldn't do bis n tri monday then do them in the ame week there small muscle and can be overtrained. I would stick to 3 or 4 days training like mon wed n fri n mabye a saturday
