Hello all!

In the morning I wake up and do 30 minutes of fasted cardio. Then I have a protein shake then wait 2 hours so my body can keep burning fat and then eat my actual breakfast.

However for this protein shake I was wondering if i should do whey or casein protein, I know what each kind do but I'm just confused. Whey sounds right because it's a fast release but casein is also a good choice, I was thinking just one scoop of whey and another scoop of casein for 40-50g of whey/casein protein.

Btw for breakfast I have 1/2 cup of oats, 8oz chicken and 2 hard boiled eggs. I'm currently on a regular diet.
