depend on food for mass or buy shake protein from a shop
I want to know what's better. Get my mass off of my food or buy whey, protein etc.... shakes from a shop.... or do I do both the foods and the shakes.

Generally, food. However depending on your caloric intake, it can be really tough to consume large amounts of 'clean' food. That's where the addition of shakes to an already tight whole food plan comes into play.
