    Quick question

    Ey guys a basic one I know. N apologies it's not in the diet forum I've only got the app n it doesn't seem to be showing the diet section.
    What is the daily proetin and carbohydrate intake that's required for bulking up

    You will need to figure BMR then your TDEE before you can come up with general numbers to answer your question.

    A few hundred calories over your TDEE (which you can calculate here http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...e#.TqG_TJviHBI ) is all it takes to add lean mass. This is assuming you give your muscles a reason to grow... i.e. proper training.

    Notice I said add lean mass. If you want to bulk in the traditional sense (add a bunch of fat in the process of adding a bit of muscle), then there's no set caloric rule - people just eat tons of food with little regard. That is not how i'd go about it however.
