Need help with my diet. Please help!
I need a diet that will help me build size and strength. Here is an idea of a diet I found online; high protein, high fat, low carbohydrate diet for 5 and a half days. Then for 36 hours you carb-up.
If there is a better diet please let me know and just give me tips. Thanks

Why don't you try the 5th sticky? It's a good diet and doesn't require you to plan anything. If you don't like it then figure out how many calories, protein,carbs and fat you want, plug in a day's worth of food into something like fit-day and show us what you've come up with.

Please post your stats (age, weight, height etc). Also your current diet anything is btter than nothing so we know how you eat. Also, I would read the posts from other members and you'll get some ideas. Good luck.

Something which could help would be to post up what you plan to eat or what you are currently eating and what time of day. This way the members can review what you are doing and help you tweak it.
