Qiestion on mass shake
Will a mass shake protein help bulk up while on gear? Or should I just so the gear and eat well. Will the shake help to bulk up?

Mate,
I think your question is open to interpretation since words seem to be missing and the grammer is a little rough.
Are you asking if you should consume protein shakes on gear, or to just eat well and skip the gear?

you gotta help me out here mate. I'm still trying to guess what the question is?
let me just say a few things, and maybe it might answer your question?
the cornerstone to any bulking program is diet, obviously. This includes three or four solid meals that include meat, veggies, and a complex carbohydrate. then, in between these meals, you should eat wholesome "mini meals" if you want to call it that. Usually more protein, complex carbs, and maybe some more veggies.
Protein shakes are a convenient short cut when you don't have the time to do it right, as an inbetween meal "snack". Many here use protein shakes, including myself. Yes, I'm lazy, and I live in Afghanistan, so i don't get to do much shopping.
So if your 3 or 4 meals are solid and clean, then yes, you can use a protein shake, preferably with complex carbs in there, to help you bulk. This is true with or with out taking gear.
But if your question is also... "should I take gear", then I would like to know your stats...
age
height
weight
cycle experience
years of lifting
body fat %
did any of this help?

I think he is asking about mass gainer powder, which is loaded with quick carbs like sugars. My opinion on mass gainer is that it's junk.
If that is your Q, then forget it and eat whole foods and calculate your exact calorie, protein, carb and fat intake.

Mass gainers are fine Post Workout, but others than that don't worry about it

honestly santana, they are ok, but that type of stuff is better suited for guys that are like collegiate athletes and stuff. Mr. Small is right...lots of
quick carbs, which will spike insulin , which unless it's preworkout or right after, then a no no. That stuff is designed for people that
just need to pack in calories, without regard to general specifics. These are people that are burning through 5000 plus a day. They can't
keep weight on (losing it left and right).
for the guy that is just lifting and trying to bulk, the cornerstone of any diet, as before mentioned, is first, protein.
I like the gram per lb of body weight. it's worked well for me.
and slow digesting carbs that don't spike you too often. low GI stuff. this will keep your body in a much more steady state,
and you'll see it on your physique after a little bit. you'll feel a ton better too. won't go through those crazy holy crap sugar rushes
to those holy crap i wanna sleep feelings.
If you wanna get anything, read up on proteins (whey and casein). the specific whey....eh. don't sweat that. just know that
whey is for quick aminos in the blood stream. they are in the blood in like 30 mins, and only last for like 3 to 4 hours.
so these are good for.....stay with me....first thing in the morning, maybe before a workout, and definitely after a workout.
and casein is a great way to keep blood amino levels up all day long (they last about twice as long as whey...7 to 8 hours).
I like casein because it fills you up a little, and it lasts. little easier on my stomach too (and less gas).
casein is also good first thing in the AM to get the ball rolling with protein, good for in between shakes, and awesome for nighttime
fill ups. keep you in a more anabolic state all night long (instead of whey, where you would spend half the night burning that
hard earned muscle).
Like some of the other said, you really gotta read up on diet man. this is like 80 to 90% of working out and losing or gaining.
whatever you shove in that hole, it shows on your frame.
you really need to understand about fibers, slow digesting carbs, the GI index, proper protein levels, nutrition placement (timing),
the thermic effects of multiple feedings, understanding the right supplements to take, etc.
I wouldn't recommend even thinking about starting cycles until you understood nutrition, because that's the whole enchilada.
if you eat shitty on steroids , you may gain some. if you eat very well without, you'll get much bigger and stronger.
I have never done steroids but friends have, and yes, they are amazing, but even thinking about doing them you need
to be well versed. you become a chemist with your own body. and you can read the horror stories about people
that dove in and didn't research enough...lasting damage.
read up on everything i've said man. that's a solid foundation.
