Your fats are way too low, I'd shoot for at least 50g, if not more since if your macros are right you're only getting 77g of carbs. You can get your additional fats from fish oil pills and EVOO.
I'm not some crazy anti-protein shake guy but I count you have protein shakes in 7 of your meals? Try some more real food in there.
You didn't list the macros for your foods but either post them up or double-check them as something doesn't appear to be right. GL.

Seems like a bit of a protein overload there young fella. Stick with one scoop of whey included in meal 1, and then 2 scoops of whey post-workout. You could have some casein before bed, but you dont need all those shakes. Try including some more fish oil caps or avocado for some healthy fats and definitely more whole foods as per the Sargeant's suggestion. Overall though you seem to have done some research about the types of foods you should be eating and deserve cred for that. You just need to restructure your meals.

Thank you for the complement Blaz.
I read that too much fish oil cause Some sort of bleeding or something like that? So i followed the recommended doses per day, 2000mg. Is It safe to consume more than 2000mg?
And the reason why I have so much protein shake, its because eating meat 2-3 times everyday is too expensive for me, as im a student working part time as a bartender. No doubt bodybuilding is an expensive sport.Last edited by iamblack; 11-13-2011 at 06:28 AM.

Too much fish oild CAN thin the blood. That may be an issue if you already take blood thinners but I'm guessing at 17 you don't?! Even so you'd be quite safe at 4g per day. I take about 8-10g per day.
Do you know your bodyfat%?
