Early morning pre-workout help / brown rice recipe
Ive decided to start workout in the mornings (6:30-7:30 am start up) And I want to know what would be a good pre-lift meal to have and how early I should be eating (or drinking) it.
Also does anyone have tips on brown rice? Typically ill eat a cup uncooked twice a day and its getting very bland so anything would help!
