    Cutting Question for a Woman

    My wife is...

    Ht- 5'3" (160.02cm)
    Wt- 118lbs (53.63kg)
    Age- 41
    BMR- 1265.17
    TDEE- 1518.2 (Sedentary) 1961.01 (Moderate)

When I calculated my cutting diet I reduced by 500 calories. My wife would like to get down to 112lbs but a 500 calorie a day cut with her numbers seems too extreme.

Her 40/40/20 Split would look like this:

Training Days: Calories 1961 Protein 196g Carb 196g Fat 43.57g

    Non-training Days: Calories 1518 Protein 151.8g Carb 151.8g Fat 33.73g

What would be suggested numbers to cut to?

Also- Those carb numbers are way too high for a 118 lb woman cutting. When I'm cutting for a show the last few weeks I cycle carbs down to 100g per day for 4 days at a time- and I weigh 230lbs

Good luck to her. She is lucky to have your support on this~
Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.
