diet
hi im 18 150lbs i cant get any weight on im really cut big arms a nice size chest and really cut abs if anyone can help with a diet plan it be very appreciated and by me putting on weight is there a way to keep a nice 6 pack abs or wil i have to loose them for alil thanks in advance

There alot of things to take into consideration when doing a diet thats why u shouldn't get a diet from a PT as it takes 4years to study to become a Dietician!
things to take into consideration:
1. Your blood type plays an important roll e.g. blood type is O= person cannot digest carbohydrates very well (eat to many carbs you get fat)
2. how much protein u need a day to your body weight ratio
3. are you eating your high and low gi in the correct times
4. whats your bmr= basal metabolic rate?
Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )
then you can work your calorie intake from there!
Theres loads of other things you learn about on the way they have some good information on top of u in the important threads!
