    egg whites at breakfast

    hello all

    consuming egg whites at breakfast can sometimes be so tiring and well boring
    up until now its usually the egg white omlet for me .
    can i buy cartens of egg white and turn them into a shake /drink that wont make me spew through my nose whilst drinking

    any recipes welcome

    Yes mate, when I start work early I add carton egg whites to some whey and some powdered oats. Or, miss out the whey and add some coffee! You won't taste the white and carton eggs aren't 'gloopy' at all. Just hit your macro's and you'll be good to go.

    oats + whites and blend ? coffee spoon of instant?

    what about fruit can i add and blend?

    All about personal taste but yeah, spoon of instant see hou you like it.

    Mate, you can add whatever you like, fruit particularly blueberries or raspberries (not with coffee) will mae it much nicer. Depends what your your goals/macro's are as to how much!

    i add a 1/2 cup of carton whites to my shake everymorning, extra 15g of protein and barely notice its there

    I use a cup of egg whites instead of water/milk as the base for my protein shake. Try it, it's great!
