Trying to find a better breakfast....
So for the longest time I have been eating this:
8 oz. lean burger patty (organic ketchup on top)
1/2 small avocado
1 bowl of steel cut oatmeal
Problem is I am getting sick of eating the burger patty every morning. Any suggestions on what I could do to switch it up?

I have 8 egg whites in a shake along with oats, 1 scoop whey protein and a banana. Mainly as im in a rush for work, this takes 5minutes to make and drink

Eggs, chicken, steak, turkey, pork, fish etc Just sub in the relevant macro's and you are good.

I stick with the egg whites or chicken. The bitch is getting the system down to hard boil an egg that's easy to peel. Once you got that it's a no brainer. I eat them in the car on the way to work.
