    Wantin to lose some fat need to help with my diet and bulk up a bit, its not the best

    Below is my diet i no its not the best but its really hard for me to cook and get everything in so here is what i have been taking could you guys let me no how to imporve it. Im trying lose a bit of body fat but still bulk up. here is my diet below. I go to bed late and wake up late due to work btw.

    10am 6 white eggs, 2 yolks, oat meet

    12pm 60g protien blend shake

    2pm basmati or brown rice and 50gm brest fillet chicken

    4pm 40gm Tuna + avacado + chick peas

    5pm workout

    6pm post workout shake - 60gm waxy maize starch 30g hyrdolized protien 5g creatine

    7pm either meat or chicken plus veggies

    9pm some nuts or depending how hungry i am ill eat another round of tuna

    12pm casien 30g protien.

    I no its not the best but can you guys let me no.

    Howdy, I'm not the best person to pick apart your diet, but i can tell you that you can't cut and bulk at the same time. You are definitely in the right place though these guys are great and can help you adjust your diet depending on your overall goals.

    hey thanks for that, yea i no its probaly one of the hardest things to do, im more tryin to put on good weight but losing a bit of bf, i no i cant cut yet ill try cuttin on late in the year but i was wondering as a whole how my diet is, and also when i do cut what my diet shoudl look like

    IMO u should pick one or the other.. if ur concerned about ur bf now id suggest cutting.. otherwise to gain muscle ur gonna pretty much have to accept some fat gain..

    what r ur stats? age weight height bf%?

    post total cals and macros for ur current diet..
