pretty good, almost the same as mine.

you only have 1 serving of vegetables? you need way more, im getting 30g+ from veggies
i eat (in order from most to least)
    broccoli 2-3 servs
    onion 2 servs
    red pepper 1serv
    green pepper 1 serv

personally i would go for more carbs and less protein.
im at 3400kcals with 380 carbs

you should switch some fats in for omega, either fish or flax oil... or change you chicken or turkey to salmon

i do the frozen veggies, broccoli and green beans i could add another pack to my pre work out.

for my 2nd meal i bought tuna but to get the same amount of protein as the chicken i need to eat 850g of tuna =\

yeah i want to up my carbs just not sure to throw what into where.

i take 10ml of flax seed oil as well, does the canned salmon count?
