need help BIG TIME!!!!!!!
I have been looking into my diet and have seen that I might have made a mistake just want to clear things up
When I first did my TDEE with -500 cals to cut my total daily intake was around 1800-1900 somewhere between there.
i have now just checked my TDEE again and adding up the number i seem to be under eating by about 600 cals it is now showing my TDEE -500 cals to be 2,425.
My question is which one of them sound right to you?? I am pretty sure you’re going to say the second one.
My other question is for the last 2-3 years i have been dieting and got from 110kg down to 79-80kg in about 2 years. I don’t think i used to eat that many cals before most cals i probably ate was about 2100 on a good day (and i know i shouldn’t of done it like that but what’s done is done now so i can’t change it nor would i want to). but because of this I’m guessing my body has learnt to live on low cals so if i now bump my cals up to this 2,425 will i start to put fat on again should i go up to this cal intake slowly or should i just redo my diet and start eating that much ASAP??
I am very worried about putting weight on and losing my abs because of the amount of time it took me to get them along with the amount of hard work it took me.
Now i don’t want to lose muscle because of this and i don’t want to get fat so I’m stuck in the catch 22.
Your help would be great because i don’t know what to do and by eating what I’m meant to i don’t want to get fat because of my slowed metabolism
Any advice would be great
Cheers

Just under 3000 cals seems to be the correct calculation.

Do you think I should start eating that much from today?? Bearing in mind I don't think I used to eat that much before so my body is used to eating less then that and not putting on or loosing weight??

Yea I was cutting but on 1800 cals a day I was getting to hungry couldn't stand it so I rechecked my TDEE and it shows that to cut I need 2400 cals a day so I was under eating not on -500 cals I was under eating on -1200 cals a day plus all the cals I was burning off in the day I was only having about 1100 cals left
Does that make sense or should I have left it the way it was before??

My honest opinion is that you are wasting your money and putting too much stress on your kidneys, liver, intestines and etc. by consuming 360gr of protein ED, when your body weight is only 80kg! Not to mention, at least about a 100gr of this protein is not going to be synthesized and hence really do anything unless you are on gear.
If you are cutting naturally, 240 of protein should be plenty (if not more than what you need). I would up the carbs and increase the cardio.

Daily protein intake is spot on if you are on gear then.
