    green veggies

let me start by saying i am well aware of how important green veggies are. That being said green veggies is not an option for me. i know there are no replacing green veggies, but does anyone have some suggestions for my diet to counter the lack of green veggies.

They make many different kind of green smoothie powders in a variety of flavors. Can't even taste the veggies. But still not ideal. Baby spinach really has no flavor.

Partly it depends on your goals. Not even asparagus?

Even when cutting, a couple of time per week, I'll stir fry with mushrooms, bell peppers, courgettes.

    Cauliflower isn't green?

im trying to bulk. i just copied down "how to bulk" meal routine. the only problem i saw was with the veggies... no way on the asparagus haha. i guess im gonna have to cram down some spinach and peppers. would the spinach have the same effect say cooked with chicken?

Cooked spinach tastes bitter as does mature spinach. Baby spinach really is much easier to swallow. Either fresh greens blended into a smoothie, or just the dried veggie powder. I eat 2 bags a day.

Man just fancy your veggies up a bit, curry powder, Cajun seasoning etc. plenty of ways to hide them. I mix brocoli with sweet potato to disguise the latter!
