Hi there, ok I'm 18 lost about 56lbs about 3 months ago and weighing 180, bf is 8.6 but still have loose skin a little bit..did bf at my gym on scale, but I have been working out for little bit now I'm 6'1/2 and was needing a good nutritional help, I want to get big now I'm in the best years right now 18 and wanting to get big naturally but get cut also can someone help me on what foods don't need to eat or what foods I do- I dont eat out , no pop,deep fried, chips,candy-etc I may have a pop everyone and then if I eat out but rarely do. Also I try to stay under like maybe 1000 cals never really now but I eat real big in mornings to jumps start my metabolism but need help..
