    Hey man,

How old are you? This will help come up with your TDEE.
Also your macro percentages are off. Your roughly about 44% protein, 26% carbs and 32% fats. Which actually adds up to over 100% so either your total calories are off a little or your macros are...either way thats not a huge deal.
But the percentages should be adjusted to about 40/40/20 P/C/F and adjust on a need to basis depending on what you see happening.
It is going to be very difficult to not put on some bad weight while adding size/mass....if not impossible Most cases your better off picking something and doing it...either bulk or cut. Commit to it and get the most out of it.

Thanks for the reply, I'm 28. My thoughts were to stay a bit lower on carb intake. I dont think I respond well when carbs are high.

Hey rydn.. Imo u should cut down to 10% then bulk.. 14% is a bit high for bulking and at 10% u will be able to take a more aggressive approach to ur diet..

    U need carbs when bulking..

Never heard tell of anyone not responding well when carbs are high?? How do you figure you don't respond well...in what way??....just curious. No offence but at 150lbs I really don't think you have ever taken in any amount of carbs while training hard...IMO
I agree with 405 that a short cut down a couple of percent would make things easier when it comes to putting on size later. You would be able to notice a little easier whats going on with your weight gain and progress...but its up to you.
Either way I beleive your gonna have to accept the fact that to put on size your gonna have to gain some unwanted weight... So accept it change your macro breakdown to what we said and start moving toward your goals.
