Thread: Net carbs?

    Net carbs?

    Am i assuming correctly that when calculateing carbs I subtract fiber from the carbs? I have these wraps that say only X amount of net carbs and I just want to make sure that I am calculating the correct amount.

    How different is it? I've always just calculated my carbs without worrying about the fiber shit! But I don't count veggies as a carb! With your wraps I would just use total amount of carbs

    Me too, my complex carbs are my carb allowance, I don't take into account fibre. Green veggies I have as many as I want without counting them.

    When i'm cutting, I just count total carbs including fiber. Technically, it's not supposed to count - but it never hurts to be a bit under when cutting, IMO.
