Test e diet plan (first cycle)
Long time lurker, been doing what everyone says, read as much information as possible to minimize risk of injury whilst using AAS.
After due consideration I have created my diet plan, which I will use whilst on cycle.
Once off cycle, I will most likely remove a meal to maintain the new muscle mass.
Not looking for the generic, I'm to young or try utilising my body's natural test production first.
More or less, just trying to gauge if my diet is suffice for my goals.
Goal: To build a lean aesthetic body, like Naso but at 80kgs and not 100kgs =P
Please help me to critique my diet, and pass on your wisdom and experience.
Thanks in advance =)

Do yourself a favour and read the stickies and start again. You will gain weight on that diet, AAS or not, but it won't be good weight. At 74kg or at your age, AAS should not be a consideration for you.
You can get to 80kg without any assistance other than food and a quality training programme!NO SOURCES GIVEN

Yes, I understand that AAS should be taken after years of training etc.
But like most young kids, Im impatient and looking to take shortcuts.
IN regards to the stickies, my diet is about 800 over my TDEE, is that what you are referring to? I should ensure I am only 400~500 Cals over my TDEE?
My macros at roughly 40/40/20 (43/46/11)
Thanks

At 74kg your maintenance is likely in the region of 2500 cals.
Your diet is 4400cals with the inclusion of your sugary apple juice. You know during PCT yu'd have to up the cals even more in an attempt to keep your gains!
This game isn't about shortcuts, it's a lifestyle.
What is your bodyfat?
Your food choices in meals 2 & 3 are ok, but the quantity of proteins and fats is too high.

In the last 3 months, my diet has been on point!
In an attempt to lose most of the excess fat I got from a terribly designed bulk I've been eating roughly 2500, maybe even 2600 Cals daily and have lost weight, approximately 4kgs in the last few months.
I would argue that my maintenance may be higher, possibly due to a fast metabolism.
Unfortunately I don't have the calipers. I would assume judging from photos online that its 12-13%.
Okk, so you would recommend cutting down the amount of chicken I am putting into the meal, and lower the fat. That's easy, it will save me plenty of money in that case =)

Those 2 meals are the least of your worries in all honesty!
Seriously, read the stickies. Do a search and find lean bulk logs (you can even look at mine and gym soldiers as recent ones)NO SOURCES GIVEN

1. ur too young, as SteM pointed out, to be running a cycle.. whether u want to recognize it or not.. ur endocrine system is very complicated and not fully developed and susceptible to permanent damage.. even if u get away with it now .. 10 yrs from now u may end up with problems due to this very cycle.. u prob wont listen but its the truth nonetheless..
2. obviously u dont have enough knowledge about cycling due to ur statement of eliminating one of ur meals to: " maintain new muscle mass".. how the heck do u think dropping ur caloric intake is gonna help maintain extra weight u accumulated??? when u gain LBM ur caloric requirements increase not decrease..
3. u stated u dont want the "generic" statement about being too young or using ur natty test first.. this is inaccurate.. its not generic.. the reason u see it so frequently is BECAUSE ITS TRUE! i suggest u dont let it go in one ear and out the other...
u stated: "Please help me to critique my diet, and pass on your wisdom and experience.
Thanks in advance =)" lets see if u meant that...
