    new cutting diet adivce please

    here it is! ANy and all help will go a great way. thanks guys

    110kg. 6'2 around 17-18% bf. need to do some serious cutting before my next cycle

    Meal 1
    --------------------------------------------
    30g oats
    5g protein 3g fats 22g carbs
    4 eggs.
    15g protein 2g carbs 28g fat 360g sodium

    GYM - after gym protein shake 25g








    Meal 2
    ----------------------------------------------------------
    250g turkey mince (with sauce)
    50 protein
    2.5 fat
    2.5 sugar
    160mg sodium

    150g sweet potato
    not sure but i think its 30g carbs 1g fat 1g protein??





    Meal 3
    ----------------------------------------------------------
    200g chicken breast with sauce.
    47g protein 6g fat 11g carbs 7g sugars
    200g sodium

    50g brown rice 40g carbs 3g protein
    ------------------------------------------------------------

    Meal 4
    ------------------------------------------------------------

    250g Beef steak.
    42g protein 8 fat


    Before bed protein shake 25g


    Totals=
    Protein= 212grams
    Carbs = 105grams
    Fats = 48.5 grams
    Suagrs = 10g

    Total calories = 1692.5

    u weigh 110kg which means ur a fairly heavy guy.. ur tdee is @3600cals

    u should be cutting @2600-2700cals which would give u a substantial deficit.. 1700cals per day is too much of a deficit..

    60/20/20 pro/carb/fat is a good cutting split for strait low carb..

    at 2700cals ur split would be:

    2700cals
    405g pro
    135g carbs
    60g fat

    ur gonna wanna have green veggies in at least 3 meals per day.. it helps with regularity.. spinach is great for myself.. frozen chopped.. goes down kwik

    cardio: 5-6days per week am fasted or pwo 45mins

    personally i wouldnt have more than 2 egg yolks per day..
