    Lean Bulking Help

    I am looking to bulk but do not want to gain too much body fat in the process was hoping someone could tell me if this diet plan i have made i good or not thanks?


    Meal 1: Oats (75g) with low fat milk.
    4 boiled eggs
    1 Multi-vitamin (includes fish oil)

    Meal 2: Brown rice (150g) mixed with
    chicken tenderloins (250g)

    Meal 3: Defrosted Peas, Corn & Carrots (200g) mixed with
    Tuna Chilli flavour (200g)

    Meal 4: Brown rice (150g) mixed with
    chicken tenderloins (250g)
    & canned roasted peppers (20g)

    Workout
    Post-workout: 2 scoops of protein powder
    1 banana

    Meal 5: Wholemeal pasta (150g)
    Steak (250g)

    Meal 6: Defrosted Peas, Corn & Carrots (200g)
    Cottage Cheese (125g)

    How protein/carbs/fat is that?

    Do you exercise? How many days a week?

    your bulk plan looks really clean for meal 6 you could lose the cottage cheese and do either eggs or chicken breast and throw in another shake before bed.

    how can u say he should remove the cottage cheese without knowing his macros?

    post your macros or no one can really help you

    Just giving him a suggestion on keeping a low BF% since he wants to bulk but not gain too much fat. I don't know if he is eating his yolk with the egg because that also contains fat.

    Fat content, if anything, looks like it may even be on the low side. Bob jack is right though, we can't really comment without seeing macro's or knowing stats!
