Look at ingredients. If it's anything more than Peanuts, it's no good. It means it has added salt (sodium) or sugar. Another key to knowing if it is a good PB is look for oil on top. All natural PB needs to be mixed as the oil natural separates. Just cause it says its, "All Natural" sure doesn't mean it.

Skippy All Natural isn't 'all natural'. They add sugar and palm oil. I like Smucker's Natural. Ingredients: Peanuts, Sea Salt.

Exactly. The oil should be seperated and on top. You will have to stir. (which i hate, fn oil always spues out on me)

I have seen natural that had no oil and I stay away from it. I only eat the natural PB that you have to stir as others mentioned. I usually stir it then put it in the fridge so it hardens up a bit. If you try and stir it then eat it right away it'll be extremely runny!

+1 to this. I also use PB2 powder if I want peanut butter flavor with no fat.
