sexual performance and a healthy body go hand in hand. I understand you are confined, but abdominal muscles really are key. Additionally, strong endurance is beneficial. Not sure how to go about that in your situation. We talked about this before.
If you smoke, stop. Too much alchohol is a no no.
How do you do in a swimming pool for cardio? Have you tried it?

Sex is the best and funnest cardio you can have. I suggest having intercourse 2 times a day for 20 minutes. Hope this helps.....
