    How does my diet look?

    I'm currently on week 10 of a 12 week cycle of test e 500mg/week (weeks 1-12) and deca 300mg/week (weeks 1-10). I cut down to 184 prior to my cycle and I am currently sitting at around 213-217lbs. The goal has been to bulk and I'm pretty happy with my results.

    My tdee is 3k calories per day. I have been at around a 750 calorie surplus per day but I started feeling like I was gaining fat so I dropped it down to a 500+ per day. I dropped my diet down to 3500 calories per day and I have started to lean up.

    My current diet looks like this:

    Meal #1
    4 whole eggs, 6 whites, 1.5 cups oats, 1 scoop whey (blend this up and down it)
    961 cals, 87g carbs, 31g fat, 81g protein

    Meal #2
    .5 pounds of lean ground beef (93/7), 1 cup whole wheat pasta, half cup of black beans, 1 cup veggies
    750 cals, 85g carbs, 18.5g fat, 67g protein

    Meal #3 (PPWO)
    .5 pounds of lean ground beef (93/7), 1 cup whole wheat pasta, half cup of black beans, 1 cup veggies
    750 cals, 85g carbs, 18.5g fat, 67g protein

    Meal #4 (PWO)
    1 cup of oats, 2 scoops protein, 1 banana
    663 cals, 93g carbs, 10.4g fat, 53.3g protein

    Meal #5
    .5 pounds of lean ground beef (93/7), 1 cup of veggies
    340 cals, 0g carbs, 16g fat, 48g protein,

    Total:
    3464 cals, 350g carbs, 94.4g fat 314.9g protein

    What do you think? Anything you would change?

    hey jwp..

    seeing as how ur on week 10 of 12 ur about at the end of ur cycle but still have pct.

    whats ur bf%?

    personally id use 96/4 beef which should bring ur fat down a bit. ur fat rite now is at 24% which IMO is a bit high considering ur running carbs at 40%. id try to drop the fat down about 20g.

    if u are happy with ur results thats an important factor as well!

    Thanks for the response, 405. I'm right around 14-15%. I'm actually trying to go to a bod pod Monday or Tuesday to get an accurate reading. I'd like to have 96/4 but I always just buy the 2.25lbs packs at Walmart and I haven't been able to find anything higher than 93/7. I definitely agree about the fat and that was probably my main concern. This is my first time running carbs this high so that was a concern as well.

    I found the 96/4 ground beef. This will cut y fat down to 20%. Not sure how I never noticed it before.
