    What's your go to cheat meal

    This is my Favorite cheat meal. Beef fried rice, cooked with vegetable oil. served with pees, carrots white onions and egg whites.

    Thats a normal meal bro whats wrong with it from what you described?

    Cheat would he a kebab or pizza although with gh and bulking cheating in moderation makes no difference i.m.e

    this isnt my cheat meal (ill get to it in a minute) but when i go to applebees i get the "trio" with double order of bone-in wings and sliders. if u havent tried that try it it rocks!

    my cheat:
    carabbas
    bunch of bread with oil and herbs and butter,
    cheese sticks
    salad
    whole personal pizza with peppernoi, ital sausage, mushrooms
    dessert rosa
    sweet tea with lemon

    (occasionally have cinnabon cinnamon roll too with choc milk)

    meh it aint the worst, apart from sodium, im sure most people could fit it into their macro, not ideal or a stable when cutting but it could still work i.m.o........

    A friend of mine works at What a Burger and after listening to him talk about work I'm hesitant to eat somewhere that i can't watch them prepare my food.

    This week it will probably be....

    Ribeye steak, fries, onion loaf, Oreo milkshake... Thats sat night

    500g yoghurt, granola, Raspberys..... That's Sunday morning

    Then a few meals out on Sunday as I'm going away....

    I'm currently going no carb/low fat mon-sat night and then I can eat almost what I want for a refeed

    This will be my 2nd good week of it... It's basically a PSMF diet in the week and then I have a decent meal Saturday nigh and a few higher carb meals on Sunday....

    I'm following this for 6 weeks to prime for a cycle.... But not logging right now

    i had a grilled cheese sandwich and some homeade chicken noodle soup with tons of chicken and noodles...i was depressed and needed some comfort food after putting my dog to rest...that grilled cheese was so awsome it has been years sence i ate one...
