    Bulking Diet Required

    Hey Guys,

After being blastered for wanting to hit the gear, thought I'd see what people have to say about trying a bulking diet. I work in an office environment and it's difficult for me to go to the kitchen and cook up a storm. So I'll need stuff which is pre packed from home. For lunch I am generally on restaurant meals, know chicken and rice is good so I generally get a good feed at the more quality asian resturants around the city. Anyone here can recommend a plan for me at all?

    Age: 25
    Height: 176cm
    Weight: 67kg
Training: 18 months, 5 days a week one hour a day

    Pre Workout: Muscletech Neurocore
Post Workout: Maxxs mass gainer extreme

Thanks any help is greatly appreciated.

If your not gaining, add in a few more scoops of your gainer everyday.
