    purple sweet potatoes....check these out!!

    got 10lb of these bad boys, gonna whip up some mashed purple sweet potatoes when i get home today!! kinda cool, the kids to eat them too!!

    Why? Just boil them for around 30mins then blend it with water and some herbs. Dont make it too "soupy", and add some oil once its ready. Taste good with chicken breast.

    I just peel them, slice them boil them, mash them with a little cinnamon. KILLER!!!

    I work for a specialty foods distributor, was able to grab 10lb free of charge:-). Sweet potatoes are one of my favorites!!

    Ugggh, I hate the idea of sweet and potato in one. If regular potatoes were on our list, I would eat those like no other.
