understanding cheat days and refeeds
the next morning after a cheat day or refeed im leaner looking .. deeper cuts and look better. Is this just along the lines of what comp body builders do before a show so they look "fuller" when i was around 14% i would look bloated teh next day.. now i look great/.
any ideas or facts on this?

My offhand guess is that glycogen gets depleted when in a caloric deficit. Once of the reasons the body has to use its fat reserves for energy. This also makes the muscles sort of flatten out too however.
After a refeed the glycogen is restored, and the muscles also pull in 3grams of water for each 1 gram of carb in the muscle (what I assume to be true unless some explains to me otherwise), and the body will pull fluid from under the skin to put into the muscle, thus resulting in a bigger muscles, more definition look.
Granted, within a few days of going back to the caloric deficit you will likely burn down the glycogen stores again, so enjoy it while it lasts.
