Whole food will trump powdered packaged food every single time. Save your whey for post workout, but even then its not that important. This idea that there is this anabolic window that slams shut in x amount of time is laughable. If you eat, you will grow. You are very light for your weight, so I think you should ditch the supps, except some creatine and focus on eating more. Get used to pounding down sick amounts of food.

I'd have to disagree on ditching the Whey protein powder. I can agree that food trumps powdered food but the powder is simply for the extra bump of protein. I plan on keeping the protein in and instead of taking my powdered casein I'll do cottage cheese, I've heard of that one. Thanks! Oh, and I'll have two tuna sandwiches, haha. Thank you for the feedback mate.

I think this diet that you have posted is too rough. I would like to see macros for each meal and meal times. Then better advice would be given.

Please re-post with this info and solid advice will be given.
