Starting clen soon Here's my diet.

First of all, a little intro. When I was young I was a Little fatty dude. Very inactive, eating crap. about 4'4" at 180 lbs(gives a idea). I began to grow(hopefully...), I reached 150lbs 5'8. I've been through a depression lost fifteen pound(most of it were muscle) 135 lbs 5'8(12%) Ugly XD I began to train seriously 4 years ago I'm now:

    Stats
    19 years(almost 20)
    170 lbs
    13-14% bf
    5'10"
    4 years weight lifting

I still have lot of stubborn fat that I have lot of difficulty to get ride of... So, Next week I start clenbuterol /ketotifen.

Day by day it will look like: 20mcg-40mcg-60mcg-80mcg-80mcg-100mcg...(100 mcg max)
    2mg keto/ day
    3g taurine/day
    8 Weeks/max
    (I already got everything from Ar-r )

    My diet will be:

    Meal 1: 2 eggs
    4 white 35g prot - 480 cal
    1/2 cup of oat
    1 Green apple

    Meal 2: 1 cup greek yogurt 20g prot - 200cal

    meal 3: 200g horse meat
    1 cup brown rice 49g prot - 640cal
    1 cup vegetable

    meal 4: 24 almond
    1 scoop of whey 30g prot - 340 cal

    meal 5: 250g chiken breast 50g prot - 300 cal
    steamed vegetable

    meal 6: 24 almond 8g prot - 200 cal

Meat will be cook in coconut oil.

Post-training(cardio only): 1 scoop whey prot(22g prot and 5g carbs)
    Post-training(weight lifting): 40g prots/60g carbs
    5 weight training/weeks

    Total: 192g prot about 100g carbs and 50g fat / ~2200 cals

I'll try to do as much cardio as I can. Unfortunately, I can't do fasting cardio. (Winter + I stay far from the gym + I start my day early) So... too complicated for me.

With plenty of water of course.

    Any comment on my diet?

seems youre set, but have you lookied into carb cycling?
it sounds like it could be beneficial for you. its more suited for people (guys) below the 15% bodyfat range as the 3.5 low carb days trigger your fat recpetors and help burn the stubborn fat.

search for 'hey 405 whats carb cycling' some info in there on carb cycling by 405.

the diet is 'the untlimate diet 2.0 - carb cycling" by lyle mcdonald.
ive found it to be very effective.

Ok lets see a sample of carb cycling.

Moderate carb day would be my actual diet.(about 100g+60g for post-training)
low will be half of my brown rice and no oat at morning( about 35+60 for post training)
High would be double oat at morning + 40g oat at meal 4 (180g+60g for post-training)

    A week would look like:
    Mon: high
    Tues: mod
    Wed: mod
    Thurs:mod
    Fri:low
    Sat:low
    Sun:low
