    To kill a goat

I know this is random... But a friend told me he wanted to get rid of a goat, I told him I would take it off his hands lol. Now I'm planning on killing this goat and gutting it up pretty much like a deer and was wondering if anyone has ever had goat or knows anything about its nutritional value ?

I don't know about the nutritional value, but I had lots of goat when I spent some time in Haiti. We would pick one out in the morning and it would be dinner that night! I liked it.

When were you there? spent a few months there on deployment in the 90's. What a sewer pit. Felt really bad for the locals, made me appreciate life in the U.S. a lot more.
