    Aldi Chicken breast shock!

I have been eating Aldi frozen chicken brests for a while now 4.99 for 1kg wich I thaught was great till I looked at the protien

    12g per 100g
so I looked at another packet of Aldi PREMUIM chicken chicken breasts
    32g per 100g for 6.99

Now can someone please tell me what the difference is as I thought chicken breast was all the same all the searches I have done on google have come back with chicken breast minimum protien amounts is 23g per 100 and the only thing that came up with with a low protein content as 12g per 100g was chicken thigh which is around 12g

So do you think that Aldi is selling there chicken thighs squeezed into a breast shape and selling as them or is it how the chickens are fed that produces the protein content?

Never realy thaught about it till now lol

Check the water content! Cheap chicken is turned in massive drums with water so it absorbs it. More water = less nutrients!
