    Conditioning Classic Log

    I'm going to compete in the conditioning classic. This is to help me get into pre-contest condition and then to crush the contest!

    Carb cycling to get prepared.

    Day one: low 60c
    Day two: low 60c
    Day three: medium 120c
    Day four: low 60c
    Day five: low 60c
    Day six: high 240c

    300p a day

    I have the macros for breakfast but didnt weigh it out cuz I was low on everything. Will post workouts between class tomorrow.

    Think if you went hard from now till then and how good you'll look at end of comp! You might end up losing the battle but you defiantly would win the war buddy!

    Actually is the plan....winning the comp with myself is most important!

    Starting to think more about what my cycle might be that I will run during the conditioning classic (henceforth known as CC or cc).

    I am unsure of how long I will be running it but I am thinking 8 weeks.

    Week 1-8 Test Prop - 100mg weekly (EOD)
    Week 1-8 Tren Ace - 250mg weekly (EOD)
    HCG Mon Thurs

    Standard PCT

    I am unsure about running for 8 weeks though as the classic is 12 weeks. I might be at a disadvantage. Any thoughts?

    Start or run it later so you start pct after its all over. And not during the last week etc.

    Ya that's what I was thinking.

    Thinking of doing some different dosages. Something like this

    Test prop Weeks 1-4 150mg EOD
    Weeks 5-12 30mg EOD
    Tren ace. Weeks 5-12 70mg EOD

    Haven't been counting calories but I am down a few pounds

    Been carb cycling and besides my high days I count them and aim for 60g

    I am cutting out PB for the remainder of my cut. Just realized my snacking on it was adding 300-600 calories a day just to satisfy my sweet tooth. If I drop that I should drop a few more pounds over the next few weeks without adjusting my cals at all.

    I am going to try this carb cycling when I can get back to a program.

    I eat it off the spoon. The other night I was just standing in the kitchen in the dark after work (about 4am) and before I knew it I had eaten 1/4 of a 500ml jar and 200g of chocolate chips!!!
