    about to run cycle, help on my current diet

    im 21 years old and about to run a dbol /test e/winni cyc ran orals in past and loved them this is first inj cycle.

    6ft,204.1 lbs/roughly 10% bf been lifting about 5 years

    Breakfast-oatmeal with a banana in it and protein shake or, steak and 5 egg whites

    meal 2- 1 chicken breast brown rice and potatoes

    meal 3- 1 chicken breast pasta and vegies

    meal 4-tilapia and vegies

    meal 5-cottage cheese almonds banana and yogurt

    and also i eat fruit suck as oranges bananas strawberries and maybe a granola bar through out the day in between meals ...

    advice on measuretments, foods, or a change well appreciated ..or if it looks pretty good

    What are the macro's for this diet and please include macro's for your inbetween meals fruit and granola bars.

    goals: looking to maintain my current physique as in bf% and just get bigger and stronger ...i was just reading other post and i see u asking all about macros and i had a feeling ude comment and ask me honestly i have no idea how to count them..my chicken breast i buy has no labeling on it either..

    I use myfitnesspal...u can access it via phone or website. Bar code reader is what I like best about it

    Yeah just don't go by what it says u need cuz it's fulla shit, but it's good for calculating and monitoring ur macros

    i jus downloaded it the symbol for it is a Michael Jordan looking thing right? if so i cant find were i can scan items

    you can look up the macros of chicken breast on this site or google it. Then weigh it on a food scale you can get at Walmart or of the Internet.

    ok i added my macro's to the closest i can due to not knowing the exact amount because i don't have a sale but if not right on its pretty close

    2,875 cals/69.4g fat/ 251g carbs/246.2 g protein

    that's not including my sauces like bbq/ranch/Italian/olive oil beause i don't use them everytime only when diet gets old
    and not including granola bars and fruit in between
