    how many grams

    How many grams of protein and carbs should some one have on each meal?

    It all depends on your tdee, ur ratio, when u workout, how your working out, and diet strategy.

    Sorry but I'm new to this diet. How do I find that out. I'm 200lb, 5.8" bf I'd say 14%.. I work out 5-6x a week 1-1.5 hers cardio 2-3 x a week.. does this help?...

    It does help, but u, not me

    Have u read the stickies in this forum?
    First you should figure out your tdee (total daily energy expenditure), u have all the info already.

    You can post a picture, full frontal relaxed showing legs, and also ur back to get opinions on body fat.

    After u figure out your tdee, you can begin to portion out ur macros. I'd suggest a 40/40/20 split to begin with. Meaning 40% of ur calories will come from protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat.

    We can start there.

    Find out tdee from stickies in nutrition forum

    Post photos to reasses body fat (full front, legs and back)

    40% cals from pro
    40% cals from carb
    20% cals from fat
