i didnt know where to post this because it touches in a couple topics. I've always been under the impression/assumption that u should give your body a day or two out of the week to rest/recover.
But I recently saw a vid in youtube in a guy called The Super Mutant....and while I dont kno how much validity this statement holds(as theres probably no way to prove it) he said...."theres no such thing as overtraining, just undersleeping and undereating."
Like I said dont kno how true that it but something about that statement just struck a cord with me.
Agree/disagree with his statement and why....thanks

All depends what type of training and what training intensity. It can be easy to train every day without overtraining or it can be impossible.
