    Like I said dont kno how true that it but something about that statement just struck a cord with me.

    All depends what type of training and what training intensity. It can be easy to train every day without overtraining or it can be impossible.

    This is the big Canadian fella, with some lovely gyno who claimed he was natural?

    not sure if hes Canadian but his name is Rich Piano....and he definitely isnt all natural if he claimed that lol
