    Perfect diet for cutting?

    24
    5'7
    170lbs
    16% bf
    Training for 5 years
I have been doing this for 2 weeks now. I have seen a bit of a difference already, but I have moved the carbs in my diet to how it is shown now, & am wondering if this is right now.
I was previously told to read the nutritional forms and threads which I have and I have also taken kinesiology class about nutrition in university as well.
I want to get to 7-8 % bf by June (3 months) is this possible with THIS diet now

Morning cardio 30-45 mins walk incline
    Meal 1.
1 whole egg 3/4 cup if egg whites
    1/2 cup of oats
Daily dose of fruit (gnc shake)
1 tbs of all natural peanut butter
    Meal 2.
    1 lean steak
    4 pieces of asparagus
    5 roasted almonds
    Meal 3.
    1 skinless chicken breast
    1/2 cup of brown rice
    4 pieces of broccoli
    Meal4.
    Extra lean ground beef
    1/2 cup of brown rice
    3 piece of asparagus
    Fish oil pill
    Workout.
    Sip on bcaa's
    PWO.
    Glutamine
    Protein shake
    Meal5.
    Lean fish
    1/4 cup of brown rice
    4 pieces of broccoli
1tbs of all natural peanut butter

Lemon crusher IMO cutting to 7-8% in 3 months from 16% is highly unlikely (IMO) regardless of ur diet. I would shoot for something more realistic like 10-12%.. Which would still be good.

How did u figure up ur bf% anyways??

I keep hearing that it's unrealistic which is a bummer. And I have a scale at home that has electric handles which you hold on to also bare feet on the scale and gives you your weight and bf

You have some healthy choice of foods I'll give you that .

When I cut what helps Me IMO is cutting out all fruit and dairy (even protein shakes) and doing Intermittent Fasting. (I'm actually cutting now) I'm currently at 12% BF. When I get to 11%BF I start carb cycling with Intermittent Fasting. But by the way I have my workout and eating schedule I might not need to carb cycle at all. I'm losing one pound a week and getting tighter. I love intermittent Fasting.

But everybody is different.. the only scientific way I know and proven is from counting your calories and Knowing your TDEE.

    Good luck!

10-12%is still pretty good and IMO this is possible. i suggest u post a pic of urself because typically those handheld devices are not worth the effort it takes to throw them in the garbage IMO..
