    Changing things up a bit

Hey guys. Roughly 14% bodyfat or so maybe 15
    88kg
    5,11.

    ive been eating 2100cals at a 60 20 20 split PCF
    so 300p
    100c
    50fat roughly

Honestly the 100grams of carbs a day is getting to me, so was thinking of changing to a 50 30 20 split Upping the carbs and dropping the protein, leaving calories the same, 2100 seems to work well for me. I dont think i could do any more carbs as im carb sensative and to many seems to give me MOON face to the max lol. But dont think i need 300g protein a day anyway. Any ideas?

My maintenance calories is roughlty 2550 cals. So 2100 for me is fine. Plus cardio and weights on top of that. Wanting to get my diet right before i run my next cycle of 800mg tren e and 300mg test
with either T3 or DNp or both

So is this right it works out to be

    260P
    160C
    50Fat

    Roughly. Lol

Now i know fat is good for hormone regulation but Seeung as im on hormones does it need to be 20% ? Or can i even drop it to 10-15% and up the protein a bit. Or is 260G a day enough?

I really gotta say a 60 20 20 split is ****ing miserable as batshit lol. 100g of carbs a day is doing my head in, Honestly end up cheating by the end of the day lol

260g protein is plenty for your weight. You definitely don't need 300g. So, if you want to make the changes you laid out above and you think it'll make dieting less of an effort and/or help you to stay on track, I say go for it.

Thanks mate. yeh tried i think over 300grams one day and was shttin ****in bricks,. So Gbrice i always go by ur cutting thread which is great btw thanks for that, i dropped from 102kg to 88kg where i am now, but 100grams is starting to become a tad hard. So hopefully can use this to drop to 83-82ish kg then adjust from there.

Always happy to hear positive feedback, and congrats on your progress so far!

Make the change, monitor and see how things go over the next 3 weeks or so. You're keeping calories the same, so I doubt this will have any major (physiological) impact on progress. But if it helps you keep your sanity, then it's a change worth making.

Yeh, its not quite a 500cal defict but i also do cardio, Sometimes in the AM and some after my workout. So im in quite a defict anyway. Really i could be eating at maintenance so 2500cals and create the defict with cardio, but i still like to work off a defict with food anyways. Makes me feel like im not cheating in a way :P. Muscle loss isnt a concern, especially not when i start on 800mg of tren e and 300mg test lol.

Re: the bold - good topic. Check out this recent thread I started if you're interested: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...l#.UUZw99bigfU

lol yea... I wouldn't be concerned (at all) with muscle loss if I were running nearly a gram of tren a week, lol.

hmm interisting mate. But i guess i can get away with 0 cardio hahaha. Alho it is good for health overall.
Good topic tho. So your saying i could eat 2700cals a day and create the defict via cardio and exercise and still end up with the same results at the end of the day?

or what about on DNP i heard that raises your metabolism by 50 percent, so if your eating 2500cals technically your only is 1250?

Possibly better results as you'd be feeding your muscle vs. starving yourself via caloric deficit alone.

Couldn't tell ya. I don't (and won't) fck with DNP . I know somebody who has used it extensively though. I wouldn't pay much attention to arbitrary numbers/claims like that though. I'm sure it helps, but I wouldn't take the 50% claim literally. IMHO.

So u reckon with the DNP if one decides to take it still eat at a cal defict to lose weight and not at a surplus that if DNP cuts cals in half would then put them in a defict?

I suppose you could go either way, I don't think there's necessarily a right/wrong answer. I just can't speak from experience as I've never touched the stuff.
