    If I am 18lbs and 5'10 how much protein should I consume per meal?

    I have been getting about 25-30 grams of protein per meal about 4 meals a day Is this enough?

    I'm hoping you mean 180lbs....? What are your goals? bulking? cutting? maintaining? dancing naked on the moon?

    My personal calculation has always been LBM x 1.75 and that has always worked for me.
