Protein Consumption Per meal and meal Frequency

    Discussion and Input.

Ive Posted a Link to an article/writeup by Layne Norton on the above.

Have a read on it and post your views and if you believe there is a limit to protein intake per meal eg:35g.

Can a Body builder needing 400g protein eat 4 meals a day... 100g protein per meal.

Also what is said on meal frequency is pretty interesting.

Yes, that would work for some, and not for others.

But you never state why? Why would it work for some and not for others? Size? Weight?
    Are you agreeing or disagreeing...

Well, i did not get the chance to read the whole thing, but being Layne`s fan I think I know what`s in there - eating too frequently desensitize the cells and lessen the anabolic response? Correct? He must suggest eating larger meals every 4 to 5 hours.

I agree , as long as it`s feasible. 300 lb bb needs huge amount of food, hence there is no chance to shovel it down in 4 meals.

And KJ, nobody NEEDS 400 gr of protein unless you`re 250 lb monster on tons of drugs. Sure you can get to 400 mark, but do you need it is the question?

Having hugely overrated amount of protein on a daily basis is basically the most expensive glucose on earth.

I wasn't saying anyone needs 400g Alex.. Just speaking in general. If a person wanted to intake 100% of calories in one meal is there a difference to 5 meals and so on.
