My carb cycle/workout routine, please Critique
So i have been cutting for about 6 months. And was planning on cutting for another 5 weeks. I'm hoping ill be at my goal by then cause I'm getting sick of cutting and want to do some lean bulk.
Current stats
27 years old
200lbs
15-17% bf mostly in legs.
Goal is
190lbs
12% bf
Routine
Day 1: 45min fasted cardio, chest/Tri
295g protein, 100g carb, 50g fat
Day 2: hiit fasted cardio, back/bi
295g pro, 100g carb, 50g fat
Day 3: hiit fasted cardio, legs
295g pro, 100g carb, 50g fat
Day 4: rest
295g pro, 0 carb, 50g fat. Fibrous carbs
Day 5: 45min fasted cardio, shoulder/trap
295g pro, 0 carbs, 50g fat.
Day 6: 45min fasted cardio
295g pro, 0 carbs, 50g fat
Day 7: chest/Tri
295g pro, 300 carbs, 50g fat
What are you're guys thoughts. Ill also post pics tonight. Either in another thread and attach a link or directly in this thread.

I stumbled across that the other day, interesting read.
I got down to 10% without carb cycling and kept my sanity , 3 days with no carbs just seems to restrictive for me

Good read. Thanks for the input.
The reason I wanted to carb cycle was I figured I'm only cutting for another 5 weeks so I might as well go balls to the wall strict and get to my goal. I do measure and cook all my own food (well my gf does most of it.) but the point is its very strict as far as measurements and there won't be any cheating on load days
Any other critiques from anyone else.

You could probably get down to 10% without it, and just eat less carbs everyday instead of going 0 carbs. I found it was to hard to train intensly when you are taking in 0 carbs. Especially for 3 days, but hey give it a shot , it might just be your bread and butter....only one way to find out right

run it man and see how u go.. its only 5 weeks and at the end u will have learned a good bit about urself and carb cycling at worst and lost a decent amount of fat @8-10lbs at best..
