Need advice on my bulking diet to go with first cycle
Stats: male 27yo height 6'1'' weight 195 bf17% lifting serious for 2 years. Goals to gain 15-20lbs lean muscle. Cycle wk 1-12 test e, wk 1-6 25mg dbol . Armidex run wk 1-12. Wk 14-17 clomid/nov
Just wondering is this diet too much??
Protein/carbs/fats/calories
Meal 1 5.30am
Lean gainer shake 60/85/8/650
Meal 2 6.30am
10egg whites, 2yoke 43/2/6/250
Meal 3 9.30am
1chicken breast, 3/4 cup of whole wheat pasta, 2 tbl spoon of dressing. 55/64/10/621.
Meal 4 12.00pm, 150g lean mince beef, 1 chicken breast,30g brown rice 1/2 cup sauce
Veg carrots/onion/ 78/38/18/631
Meal 5 3.00pm same as meal 3:
Meal 6 6.00pm preworkout 1 chicken breast 2 slices whole meal bread 1tbl spoon light mayo 1tbl s of ketchup. 53/44/12/511.
Meal 7 post wo whey protein shake 2 scoops 28g of oats. 52/25/5/350
Meal 8 9.00pm 8oz fillet steak, 1 cup broccoli 1 chopped fried onion 60/0/30/500.
Total. Protein 457.7g, carbs 321.5g, fats 99.5g
Calories 4134.
I work 11 hour days as a carpenter which can be pretty physical some days and do an hour to hour and a half in the gym 4 days a week. I'm hopeing to gain as much lean muscle and very little body fat with this cycle/diet so any pointers on anything are really appreciated. Thanks

Why have you chosen to bulk when carrying 17%bf? By dropping your bodyfat giving better muscle definition will give more impressive results and will make you much bigger muscular wise.
